Design House, Manchester — Commercial Entrance Matting Installation

Project Overview
Branew Flooring was appointed to upgrade the communal entrance at Design House, Manchester, working once again alongside the team at Realty Management. The existing cold, grey tiles were replaced with a warm grey SO Klean commercial entrance matting system to create a more welcoming, practical, and durable entrance for residents and visitors.

Maintaining Full Access During Works
To ensure the building remained fully accessible throughout the installation, the matwell was carefully raised using plywood. This temporary solution allowed residents to move safely through the entrance with no disruption while the new matting system was prepared and installed.
